Meher Baba meetings take place in an individual, private home in Clearwater, near U.S. 19 and 60, every Tuesday at 7:45 pm, except the 1st Tuesday of the month is held in a private home in S. Tampa. If a month has five Tuesdays in it, the last meeting takes place in various Indian restaurants around the Tampa Bay area.

These meetings are informal gatherings which usually comprise of prayers given by Meher Baba and a few songs by by local artists Pam and Danny Rubenstein and Maraiya Potter. Then different poetry by Meher Baba, Hafiz, Rumi, or other mystics is sometimes shared as well as any news. Usually a selected book by Meher Baba is read, round robin style, or movies/videos of Meher Baba or His Mandali are shown. The host of the meeting is usually the guide of the meeting, but Meher Baba followers/lovers have no religion or formal structure.
